Crock-Pot Cream Spinach and Mozzarella Quiche


6 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 11oz Package Birds-Eye Steamfresh Cream Spinach


  1. In bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add in cheese and package of frozen cream spinach.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into oven safe pan that will fit into your crock-pot (or into your crock-pot)
  5. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours to 2.5 hours. You want the eggs solid, but will see the white liquid of cheese and cream.

   Many of you might not know that I have a flock of chickens.  At the moment , I have 12 hens.   I get a dozen eggs daily from those lovely hens.   I decided I needed to cook something with eggs to use up some of these awesome tasting home ground eggs.   I searched the freezer and found a bag of Cream Spinach and a bag of Mozzarella Cheese and thought “why not”.    2 hours later, I had a quiche that had a nice flavor of garlic and spinach and had cheese in every bite.
