Many of you might not know that I have a flock of chickens.  At the moment , I have 12 hens.   I get a dozen eggs daily from those lovely hens.   I decided I needed to cook something with eggs to use up some of these awesome tasting home ground eggs.   I searched the freezer and found a bag of Cream Spinach and a bag of Mozzarella Cheese and thought “why not”.    2 hours later, I had a quiche that had a nice flavor of garlic and spinach and had cheese in every bite.

You are gonna love these!

This sounds really great, but there’s not a single store in town that sells frozen creamed spinach, so I guess I will have to make my own version of that before actually proceeding with this slow cooker recipe.
