Crock-Pot Citrus Rosemary Chicken

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 7 hours

Crock-Pot Citrus Rosemary Chicken


1 Whole Chicken, Washed and Patted Dry
1-2 Small Oranges or 1 Orange and 1 Lime
4-5 Cloves Garlic
3/4 Cup Honey
A Bunch of Fresh Rosemary


  1. Rinse chicken, pat dry, and place in crock.
  2. Quarter oranges or orange and lime, whichever you prefer, and put inside the cavity.
  3. Put garlic cloves inside cavity.
  4. Pour honey on top of chicken.
  5. Lay rosemary on top of chicken.
  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
