This is by far the simplest way to make chicken. My family is big on chicken with nothing fancy on it. I use season-all seasoning and sprinkle it over the chicken to give it some flavor. The chicken comes out moist and tasty and falling off the bone. This is a two part recipe. Once you are done with the chicken it is time to make your own chicken broth!
|Crock-Pot Whole Chicken|
- 1 Whole Chicken (less the gibblets and neck if you prefer)
- 1 Cup of Water
- Seasoning for Chicken
- Place Chicken on bottom of 6 quart Crock-pot.
- Add water.
- Sprinkle seasoning on chicken (or season prior to placing in crock-pot your choice)
- Cook on high for 5 hours.
