1 lb. Baby Carrots, cooked
3 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar or Sugar Substitute
3 Tablespoons Biscuit Mix
1 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Powdered Sugar (optional)
- In blender, combine all ingredients together (may need to do this in a couple batches), blend until smooth.
- Spray crock-pot with non-stick spray and pour pureed carrots into crock.
- Cook on high about 2 hours or until center is set.
- Top with powdered sugar.
Another great recipe from C. Whetstone. This looks easy to make and yummy! Adding powder sugar at the end and it could be passed off as a dessert!!
