Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken DipI have seen talk of this dip on Pinterest lately.   It sounded super yummy and I had to see if it would be good in the crock-pot.  And, it was.   I will say that if you are not particularly crazy about hot and spicy food, you might want to only use 1/2 of the bottle of Frank’s Red Hot.

Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cook Time: 3 hours

Total Time: 3 hours, 15 minutes

Yield: 8-10 Servings


1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 5oz Bottle of Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
2 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese , cubed and softened
2 Cups Chicken Chopped into small pieces


  1. In 3qt Crock-Pot, add Ranch Dressing, Red Hot and Cream Cheese.
  2. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring occassionally.
  3. Once Cream Cheese is melted, add chicken and stir.
  4. Cook on low for an additional hour.
  5. Serve from crock-pot on warm with tortilla chips.

    This recipe sounds great and I’d love to make it. I’m just wondering if the chicken needs to be cooked before adding to the crock-pot or do I just add it raw?

    This is my boyfriends absolute FAVORITE dip. He is always asking me to make it for him! I too use blue cheese instead of ranch dressing!
