a>This was a super easy Crock-Pot side dish that I put together for family.   The broccoli was nicely covered with a cheese sauce that was not too thick.

Crock-Pot Broccoli Cheese Casserole


2 10 Ounce Frozen Broccoli Spears
1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Chopped


  1. Add broccoli, cream of celery soup and green onions to crock-pot.
  2. Cook on high for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir.
  4. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve.
