Crock-Pot Blueberry Angel Food Cake

My husband really liked this dessert.   I caution you on cooking it more than 2 hours.   Past that two hour point, the sides will start to get brown.  It will fluff up alot and deflate once you try and cut into it.   So do not let it fool you into thinking there is alot of it.  there is enough for 6 people.

I just made this and sadly it burned black around the sides – I cooked it on high for the two hours specified in the recipe. I do not know what happened… Perhaps cut down on the cooking time?

Sometimes you will run into a Crock-Pot that cooks hotter than others. I would be mindful of this when using that crock-pot and cook it less time next time. maybe check it at one hour, then an hour and a half and see what it looks like.
